We are SO thankful that the hospital put us in touch with Lisa! She responded to our phone call immediately and then a couple of days later we were told by the hospital that my sister had to be placed in assisted living that very evening. Lisa came through and found a wonderful place----she's very caring and helped to educate us in this whole process. It's somewhat overwhelming at first, but Lisa assured us that she's going to constantly follow up on my sister's care and even offered to go the extra mile to help give me ideas for my mom, who is already in another facility. I can't imagine what we would have done without her---the "universe" was certainly looking out for us when we were given her name to call. Thanks so much!!
